Warranty Information
We stand behind our work
At Peach State Dental Studio, we stand behind every restoration we create. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship, premium materials, and exceptional service means you can prescribe with confidence.
5 years
Fixed Restorations
All crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, and other fixed restorations are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of delivery. If a restoration fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will remake or repair it at no laboratory charge.
1 year
Removable Appliances
Complete dentures, partial dentures, night guards, splints, and other removable appliances are warranted for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship.
5 years
Implant Restorations
Custom implant restorations manufactured by Peach State Dental Studio are covered under our five-year warranty for laboratory workmanship. Manufacturer warranties for implant components remain subject to the original manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies when:
- The restoration is seated within 30 days of delivery.
- The preparation follows accepted clinical standards.
- Adequate occlusal clearance and reduction are provided.
- Accurate impressions or digital scans are submitted.
- The restoration is properly seated and maintained.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from trauma or accidents.
- Patient abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- Bruxism or parafunctional habits unless a protective night guard is prescribed.
- Changes in surrounding dentition or supporting structures.
- Shade changes after delivery.
- Normal wear over time.
- Chairside adjustments or clinical procedures.
- Implant component failures covered by the implant manufacturer.
Our Promise
If a remake is necessary due to a laboratory error, Peach State Dental Studio will remake the restoration at no charge and prioritize production to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Our goal is simple: to provide dependable restorations, honest service, and the kind of partnership you can count on. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
